About Us

Resse’s House ILS serves the Fresno Catchment Area by making independence a reality. The Independent Living Specialist is dedicated to one goal: elevating every individual—including those with developmental and physical disabilities—to their highest potential for social integration. This means comprehensive, hands-on support for housing, work, learning, and self-advocacy, all guided by the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and Individual Program Plan (IPP).

Emotional Support
